Switching display language and opening Help

Describes monthlet 1.0.1.

Display language: from Settings, or by asking chat to "switch to English / Japanese", you can switch the UI language between ja and en. The AI reply language follows your conversation automatically.
Help: the ? button in the bottom status bar opens the built-in help note. Help is shown as a monthlet note itself; editing it has no effect and it returns to the latest content next time you open it.
